Our returns policy is made to be a quick and easy process so that together we reach a solution that you are 100% happy with.
**Items to be returned within 14days for one of the below three options:
1) Online credit voucher
This voucher does not have an expiry date and may be used at anytime.
If you choose this option you will be invoiced postage cost based on the size/weight and dimension of the product you are returning. Simply email email@example.com to ensure we have the item in stock and one can be put aside for you.
Please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge your request.
We do not offer a return or exchange on sale items.
Freight costs are not refunded.
We do not offer exchanges on overseas orders.
When returning your item, please enclose a copy of your order. If you are unable to do this please ensure you include the following details: name/address/phone number/item you wish to exchange for.
